SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms of Service operated by LIEV.

Fulfilment Location:
All orders are processed and shipped from our UK based fulfilment location.

Please review the options below to understand how your order will be shipped:

Domestic Shipping – United Kingdom

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.50

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.50

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Free over £50.00) – Free
(Applies to orders of £50.00 and up)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK bank holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Peak Period Disclaimer:
During peak times such as holidays, promotional periods, or sales, processing and shipping may take slightly longer than usual.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for any delays in delivery once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. LIEV is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping fees incurred for redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
